Pre-paid Treatments:
Prepaid treatments are refundable (if a package is not started) with in 15 days of payment, with a valid reason subjected to approval from the concerned authority.
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. “Centre has to procure treatment materials, herbs, medicines, consumables, manpower & premises etc.. for the total period of your package in advance”.
There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals if you have utilized the first session of your package.
Pre-pays for treatments can be converted to any wellness procedures (with a valid reason for noncompletion) within a period of 60 days.
Pre-pays for wellness procedures & Yoga services willnot be refunded or convertable to any other treatment procedures after 15 days of payment.
All services and packages have an assigned validity period, packages forfeited on the expiry date.
Aura Centre has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind.
By purchasing pre-paid treatments, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
4 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations.
If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 4 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
If you cannot attend your appointment please give us at least 4 hours prior notice allowing us to offer your slot to another patient in need of care.
How to apply for refunds:
